What is VVRO?
VVRO [Video Verification for Remote Onboarding] is a paperless process
for KYC non-complied investors to complete the entire KYC process within a few minutes,
so that we can service you better. We have a video demo available in the "Overview" section
What are the prerequisites to complete the VVRO process?
The customer needs to have the following,
1. Our mobile app installed
2. Should have a device with camera and microphone for taking a small video verification.
3. Proof of possession of Aadhaar Number.
4. A picture of the customer in the live video is captured.
5. A picture of the PAN card is captured.
6. The live location of the customer is captured and verified that the customer is physically present in India (geo tagging and verification).
How much time does it take to complete the entire VVRO process?
Once the requisite ID proof documents are provided
and the face match process is completed, it takes no
more than a few minutes.
Do I need to submit any of the documents somewhere else?
The VVRO process is completely paperless and contactless.
You don't have to submit any of the documents anywhere.
What if my VVRO is not successful or I need any assistance?

What are the charges for the VVRO process?
